For the crust: Mix the crushed graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.

Put the crust mixture into a 7 1/2 x 12 pan.

For the filling: Blend the cream cheese, half and half, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla well.

Pour the filling over the crust.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour (30 minutes) or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes.

For the topping: Blend the sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Pour the topping over the cooled filling.

Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
