"A handwritten recipe for a French Toast Casserole that is notable for not requiring an overnight soak."

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13 pan w/ cooking spray Preheat to 350°

Combine eggs, milk, cream, sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, vanilla cinnamon & nutmeg in bowl.

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes - add to the bowl toss until all liquid is absorbed.

Step 4

In a food processor add flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon + salt. Add butter chunks. Pulse for 5-10 seconds to get Streusel.

Step 5

Pour bread/egg mix into pan cover w/ streusel. Bake for 45-50 mins.
