Step 1
Fry the chicken breasts in a small amount of olive oil until cooked.

Add the remaining ingredients: garlic, cumin, chicken broth, corn, onion, chilli powder, lime juice, salsa, garbonzo beans, kidney beans, cilantro, Rotel tomatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and spices.

Step 3
Simmer until the soup is heated through and flavors are blended.

Step 4
Serve with chips, jack cheese, avocado, and sour cream.
Chef's Note
Regarding the Durkey's 6 pepper blend: 'I have never been able to find this so just have added some pepper, and any other spices I think might be good'.
